Slate bundle free ilok 2 - how do you get the ilok?

I've signed up for the bundle with the ilok 2 via Gobbler but frankly the Gobbler site is awful on mobile (goes in a loop of the login page) and there is no help about this on Slate's FAQ pages. So while I can see the ilok licences in my ilok account, I don't recall ever putting my address details in with Gobbler or Slate. So how do they get the ilok 2 USB over to me here in the UK?

I'm pretty sure I had to enter my address to get the iLok when I registered many moons ago. I'm in the US as well...
