It seems that the single modules (comb 1,2,3) do not react to the on/off buttons. They stay active. Can someone confirm?

Confirmed. Appears to be a bug that fell under the radar once (or even twice!)
One of the guys is on the case...

Hi,

we know of this bug and figured out, what the issue was. However, we may have to finish some other "projects" before we can release a new version of Triple Cheese.

Should not take to long anymore.
