Maybe check this link again. I get 'page not found'.
If it was there, it was pulled since yesterday.

Interesting read, thanks!Spitfire31 wrote:And, hopefully a Prophet VS work-over, so that its sound character can be brought closer to the sonically unique hardware!
There's a, partly quite technical, thread at GS about the Prophet VS that might serve as inspiration:

Hope for the best!
Kind regards,

i don't know if it's that technical, but I read several wrong statements in there. I found nothing to learn there. Besides, although I never worked with the Prophet VS, I had a private demo from one experienced (and somehow famous) user, and it didn't impress me. I would not exchange my Microwaves for it. One thing was right though. It isn't a wavetable synth (in the sense of dynamic wavetable scanning synth, in the the PPG/Waldorf way. It is essentially a vector synth (hence the VS in the name) wher you can dynamically change the volumes of four different component waves. In this sense, it is much closer to the Korg Wavestation (which, incidentally, was designed by the same team), although the Wavestation was a better synth, IMO.Spitfire31 wrote:And, hopefully a Prophet VS work-over, so that its sound character can be brought closer to the sonically unique hardware!

Thanks KevinKevin [Arturia] wrote:Thanks for reporting it. We will add it to our backlog. We are currently working on the definition for the next update which should come hopefully during the summer.vic_france wrote:(re: Polyphonic Aftertouch, contd.)..
Same with Arp 2600 (works in v2, not in v3 ),
I was wrong about the Matrix-12 and the Solina, however.. no polyphonic aftertouch in V1 either.
But is still works in CS80 v3, SEM-v2 and (surprisingly?) Jup-v3, so there's hope it is just a bug in the others .
Btw, this of course only works anyways, if the instrument itself can also respond to channel aftertouch (which isn't available via MIDI Learn), e.g. from the instrument's modulation matrix, so that rules out the Pianos and Organs, etc.
EDIT: I've just posted a support request at Arturia.com (let's see what they have to say )
(While there, I also asked them to add polyphonic aftertouch to Matrix-12v2 and Solina v2, seeing as how they respond to channel aftertouch anyways )
I installed all the Collection 4 synths a few days ago. Once I picked a destination file for 32's and 64's, it was remembered for each synth.Caine123 wrote:was the installer fixed?

Each synth had to be done individually though.
Hey Wagtunes - I'll give them a try to support a fellow KVR-er!Finally got my collection done.
John, I don't think these will even work on V 4. I haven't tried so have no clue.jbraner wrote:Hey Wagtunes - I'll give them a try to support a fellow KVR-er!Finally got my collection done.
I only have the "V4 Update" - so no Synclavier. Is there any way to import the Synclavier file in to Analog Lab 2 - so that it can access the Synclavier sounds?
If not - I'll just enjoy the others...
