I don't have a DSP user account. I just wanted to try the demo of Bliss.

I was referring to your computer user account. A reboot should fix your issue as well.

Nope, already tried that twice. No other applications running.

Was Reopen windows when logging back enabled? If so disable that and try again.

I have just now deleted it. What I did was:

1 Go into the info view and change read and write permissions so that everyone and anyone has permission to read and write

2 Right click on the Bliss icon and select 'Show Package Content'

3 First deleted the file that said plugin, then the file that said MacOS

4 Went back to the Applications folder and then went head, selected the Bliss App Icon and dragged it to the trash

5 Success.

I think terminal command

sudo rm -rf /Applications/Bliss.app/
Would have worked too.

Anyways, glad to see it got removed. Probably the installer wasn't replacing the new 1.1 Demo, which I suspect was the culprit.

I have now updated all Mac installers (demo and full version) to prevent the issue happening again. Thanks for your reports!

Perhaps.

I just now reinstalled the demo, but still the no-sound -thing and editor not opening. Removed everything again. This time no problems during removal.

Are your drag and dropping files to the GUI or using the file dialog?

I have tried it both ways; still the same issue.
