Note that this new version (1.3) changed the name of the plugin from OBXd to OB-Xd, so when loaded into a DAW, none of your original presets appear and need to be manually moved into the new plugin's preset folder.
I find the rev 1.3 stock "skin" the light grey with white and grey lettering is hard to read, how do you change the "skin" in the OSX version?

I've been playing with the 1.3 Audio Units version and it sounds to me that the envelope shapes are very different from the previous release, and much less like an Oberheim.. anyone have any insights to this?
Also the controller assignments are still not saved in the AU version, which means they need to be programmed each time you instanciate the plugin.
I'm going back to the old "Obxd" version...

I feel the old version sounds more authentic than the new 1.3 version as well. Something to do with the compliling ? My older au is gone, anyone know where to get the old one ?

Compiled using dozius fork and Soshi Studio GUI code.
Included manual and presets.
Windows setup
32 bit DAW: Put Obxd.dll to VST folder.
64 bit DAW: Put Obxd64.dll to VST folder.
Mac OS X setup
Run installer or:
Put Obxd.component to Library / Audio / Plug-Ins / Components.
Put Obxd.vst to Library / Audio / Plug-Ins / VST.
Skins
Make OB-Xd folder in your Documents location.
Put Skins / Blue / main.png file to Documents / OB-Xd folder.
Classic skin: Put Skins / Classic folder to Documents / OB-Xd folder.

Which version is meant ? And why should they sound different? Any proofs besides placebo and imagination?
I just have the version with the skin by Layzer is that the good or the bad version???
