Nah, the guitar is only on the original right side, the left side without guitar is all Xhip.Chris-S wrote:The guitar is also Xhip?
It is panned 100% left and right, after being summed to mono.
And sorry if it wasn't immediately clear, i of course said it when first posting this audio in another thread:
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 0#p6356084
But here maybe i forgot or was in a hurry.
{edit}Ah ! Now i know why. Because the file name says LxhipRdiamond and because there are things missing on the left side, maybe i assumed everyone will know what is where.

I'm doing it the left/right side way, because it makes it easier for me to compare the 2 sounds without needing to continuously switch between A and B.
Of course AB'ing is useful too and it shows differences in another way (while left/right involves the brain that kinda averages the two).
The final version will be Xhip + effects on both left and right side and i'll post the patches too.
Also i still think it is quite far from the target.
But it doesn't have to be 100% there, it is after all just a "for fun" project.

Thank you for the information.
That download link is requesting to install an add that can read and change all the data on the websites I visit, read and change browse history... it doesn't look good.
Anyway, I've just got Omnisphere. I'll try to get something from there, once I learn how to deal with its so many possibilities.
