Not everything comes from sample packs. Sometimes people actually record stuff themselves. Having said that, I do know that ModernBeats have a pack called Vox Chants 2 which contains a WHAT? .... As far as I know there are no please or thank you shouts in there. Probably right up your alley.

Check out freesound.org for short vocal samples. There's some really good stuff there that need very little tweaking (aside from EQing) and that is useful for hip hop and rap production.
