Nice, had a quick go and it's (still) very good. Being picky it needs a de-esser but Kevgrand Esspresso is quick to add and produces good results.
With Ruismaker (preset and FM) too, it's becoming a great combo.

Got it and installed. I am new to Cubasis. I see all he instruments but how do I access the virtual keyboard? Is there such thing as virtual keyboard, or do I need to have hardware keyboard? Thank you.
Ok, found it- it is at the top left corner. Thanks.

i think cubasis 2 won't bring so much new comparing other programs e. Auria. Auria has had the time-strech funktion and channell strip function before. Even new "like tapesounds" i have had in korg module

Thanks for registering here to tell us that Cubasis has nothing to offer:-)

For me, Cubasis and Auria are similar products but there is one big difference. Auria is an independent DAW. Cubasis can also do that but also is a partner to Cubase. I can see why this would lead to a more cautious implementation as dependencies/compatibilities need to be resolved. Incidently, I'm hoping this why FL Studio Mobile 3 is taking so long.teheino wrote:i think cubasis 2 won't bring so much new comparing other programs e. Auria. Also, Auria implementation hasn't always worked, or been wise, as I'd rather buy AUs I can use in different Apps than plugins tied to one.

I'd like to know if Cubasis has improved its MIDI export feature so that it exports MIDI Type 1 (multitrack MIDI files). I am never going back to Cubase on Mac (or Windows), and I see the importer for Cubase is kind of an afterthought, so the potential value of Cubasis to me is in what it can do on the iPad and how well it exports to open standards.
I also saw, through a Cubasis marketing video, that the included content does not automatically conform to project tempo. Why is this? Logic, GarageBand (on Mac and iOS), and so many other DAWs automatically deal with this for users (at least with the DAW's included content). Why does Cubasis require the user to manually configure time stretching just to get included loops to fit the project tempo?

the answer seems to be either "no" or "please don't bother us with your workflow issues"...dermichl wrote:did you change the undo behavior? read: will playback continue when undoing an action?

Hello,
Best regards,
GN
That will requiere to re-write the application from scratch, Cubasis doesn't has a gapless audio engine. As it was, if you press undo the playback will stop.dermichl wrote:the answer seems to be either "no" or "please don't bother us with your workflow issues"...dermichl wrote:did you change the undo behavior? read: will playback continue when undoing an action?

Hello,

Android took so long to fix their latency problems that we never started development for the platform, it also has many more variables and many versions of the OS, depending on the manufacturers, supporting it right now is out of scope.Harry_HH wrote:Looks great!
Just one question - where is the Cubasis for Android

I think it had been worth to implement at least the first version to the Android, too, no matter of the above.Guillermo Navarrete wrote:Hello,

Now you are cutting out more than 80 % of your potential clients. In Europe, Steinbergs home base, the share of the overrided is even bigger.
