I was just warming up the room for your appearance...robotmonkey wrote:Did not see it at first and posted the same. Great choice!rp314 wrote:Luis Bacalov: opening scene from Di Leo's Milano Calibro 9 (1972)

I must admit that I prefer the version that includes the film's opening scene. More and more it seems that Youtube is deleting those and only allowing soundtracks to appear with some photo from the film or the album cover...

Ah, Tarantino films! How could I ever forget? My favorite is probably Jackie Brown. "Street Life" is such a groovy classic.BERFAB wrote:While I'm at it, on the more serious side, I must say that Quentin Tarantino (Kill Bill mentioned above) always seems to take a particular interest in his soundtracks. He always manages to feature some amazing music in a completely organic way that never sounds forced or fake (except for that weird vampire movie early on).
My favorite is the way he featured the Delfonics in Jackie Brown so it was actually a part of the male lead's character.

Ok, so some of us (the intellegenti ) liked "Vanilla Sky" the soundtrack.
Watching some football tonight the unfortunate discovery of "the accountant" (warning, you'll gag) is using one of the awesome tunes from that soundtrack/album/whatever.
People, we need to be united against this!

Hey Numanoid, I love the Carpenter/Howarth soundtrack for Halloween III Season of the Witch, as far as original synth scores go its right up there. As for a comp-type, Repo Man all the way! Had the vinyl, left in the car one summer day. Only record mistake I'll ever make...that hurt.
