I use FFmpeg for pretty much all my format conversions. I've batch files linked from Send To, so I can right-click any file(s) and convert.

For those less technical, fre:ac is a good audio conversion app that's easy to use. And, FileMenuTools is an easy to use app for adding entries to the windows right click menu.

For anyone who happens to have even the basic photo sub at Adobe, they can use Adobe's
Media Encoder CC if they didn't know. Which is quite awesome IMO, almost worth the price
of the sub itself... You won't find a much better encoder anywhere, no joke.
Just sayin, in case someone wasn't aware of that...
