Very chilled. Kinda entrancing in a way....I like it a lot.
I'd keep the snare as it is. It gives contrast to the deeper ambiences around the snare. Makes the track solid, despite a very etherial feel.
I would actually try to play with the drum pattern a bit, to break the monotonous pace - which I like - but at the same time, it could benefit from other tricks than just simple mutes.

Yeah tried to break it up with another track at lower volume with delay and was thinking of more effects but didn't want too many swooshes and rises : ))

Its the after the break drums I'm not sure happy about. was thinking maybe need to compress them more or verb on snare and hats so not as harsh.
