Can you elaborate specifically on the S1 workflows you like better?

Automation : drag & drop from plugin window to main window or midi clip.
Midi controler assigment : move a plugin knob, move a controler, clic on an arrow and that's it
You can access your instrument plugin from the midi editor
2 controler lanes on the same piano roll window
Tool auto select, usefull for automation adjustment
easy to set up a side chain toward a compressor
plugins snapshot
No endless menus
Sketch pad for trying different ideas
Mixer view show/hide sends
Piano roll several midi clip can be shown/hidden at the same time for editing (ghost track)

Well, i just switched from PC/Cubase to Mac/Logic.
Why? Hmmm several reasons, one of them being that I had been using iPad Apps for a while and I love "Alchemy mobile" and wanted more "Alchemy" :D
And I am very used to play virtual keyboards on the iPad's touch screen.
Logic Remote is working perfectly for me, although a little unstable.
So Mac/Logic was a logical choice for me after my old PC broke.
So far, I am happy with it, getting into Logic step by step.

Just an update... And Ta' for everyone's input. :)

Well, I'm back on Logic again! :) And so far I'm really liking the new updates and UI. Some nice additional parameters to the original Logic FX and EQs/Comps, etc. Of course, it's great to have Alchemy once again.

I'd forgotten how just how inspiring it is. I'm still getting my head back into it of course, but I'm having so much fun just sitting here with the mighty RePro and Logic's Autofilter. Class for Bass. :)

Thanks again!

I will take the Lord's name in vain, whenever I want. Hail Satan! And his little goblins too.
