Hi
Iooks like it is a quite cool mobile toy.
Does anyone know, whether it can also be used as an interface for a Mac.

They are "just" monitors with RCA inputs, so I don't see why not

Well, they not only act as monitors.
They are also an audio interface with input for guitars and dynamic mics for iPhone/iPad processing.
I was trying to make sure that this "speaker", when used as an audio interface, would also work on a Mac as an audio interface and that this feature is not designed for iOS devices only.

Where do you get that info from?? Not described on IK Multimedia's product page:

O, I see: We're not talking about the same product. You talked about "iLoud Micro Monitor".
I meant just "iLoud": http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/iloud/

P.S.: I guess I found the answer in their product description: "The iRig input works with iOS devices running AmpliTube, VocaLive or other audio-processing applications."
