Well, this is basically the default skin created by Layzer for version 1.0 (except for the wooden sides and the gradient in the background). Layzer created much better ones later. Just fired up OB-Xd with the Totolito skin, and, wow, not only sounding great, but also looking great now. Maybe just cosmetic stuff, but it really makes a difference to the classic skin. Fantastic freeware synth.
Now, time to figure out how the LFO modulation workd again, hehe.

Is it just me.. cant get the skin to load properly on the 64bit version in Ableton Live (win10). The background image is scaled differently to the rest of the interface.

You gotta have only the main.png from the blue skin, and the classic skin from Totolito in the OB-Xd folder in /Documents, i think. If you have another skin in there, it'll mess up, i just had that too.
