I have been fiddling around a lot with amplitube, some waves plugins but I cannot manage to find any good amp sim for acoustuc guitar.
I still have to try Bias Amp which should have an "acoustic" add-on pack.

Would you recommend me some good all-in-one package or pugin chain to get the best out of acoustic/classical guitar ?

There were some presets for Guitar Rig, specifically designed for piezo pickups.

Mic it up and use a console/channel emulator. Like Code Red Free or one of the ones by Sonimus.

all my acoutics have pickups/piezo. micing is a good option but I don't have a proper studio.
I have bought IK Acoustic Rig pickup which give good results. I am wthinking about mixing the pickup sound woith IK Mic and see what I come up to...

pluging in an acoustic guitar always sound terrible.
the only reason they have that is for Live performance where micing is impossible to do properly without insane Feedback

Acoustic guitar are meant to be recorded by microphones, usually 2 of them.

^^^ I disagree. Guitars with piezo pickups have been successfully used in some genres, like fusion or smooth jazz. Obviously, for classical guitar performances it's a no-no.

In my experience you'll always get a better sound using a microphone over a Piezo. I recently recorded my friends Martin guitar. It sounded far better (more natural) when we unplugged it and used a microphone.

I really like the sound of mic'd acoustic mixed with the piezo pickup. Play the pickup track through clean amp sim and if the mic'd track is too boomy use a tilt eq like the free Elysia Niveau to balance it out. Mix to taste.

Use a microphone or 2 microphones for a natural sound , trust me you will waste alot of time and frustration doing things the stupid way , I'm not even gonna call it the hard way ...... Now if you want it to sound like ass do it the stupid way .

if you got the inputs there isn't anything wrong with recording the piezo too, I like two mics myself, one at around the 12th to 14th fret and one at the soundhole and I prefer condensers :)
