I sold my izotope product, so i sent a request mail for license transfer to izotope.

I bought izotope trash 2 (used one), and I got a mail from izotope after one business day.

But this time, They haven't responded to my request for 3~4 business days.
(I also opened a ticket on their website for this, Two days ago.)

Is this normal situation right after BF/CM?

Any one got a response from izotope recently?

Since buyer has been waiting too long (IMO), I'm getting nervous.

It happened to me as well. Sold Trash and Alloy and they took 3 to 4 days to answer.

Sold trash 2 recently and it took 3 days, my buyer was far more patient than I was, it got sorted in the end.

Maybe I got too much anxiety.. My buyer also more patient than i'm,(is it normal?

) So I just calm down and wait for izotope's response!

Same here.. sent license transfer request on Tuesday, chased on Fri, still no response.
