everything sort of freezes for a few seconds and this is before there ever was an ECO mode. I have no proof that it's Avenger causing the problem but I just find it strange that it's been happening since installing it.

yes, i get this too

only for a few seconds while the mouse pointer disappears then poof it all comes back.

It's only happened recently, though i put it down to a new hard drive taking longer, but now you've mentioned avenger being the cause i'm not so sure anymore.

will take a further look.

Hmmm, well you have been using it longer than I have, that sounds disconcerting sort of....I'll investigate.

I hope there is a quick fix for the fan, it's not normal the way it is blowing like this.

I'm getting hanging notes when editing the chorder, the only way out is to select a different preset and then coming back to the patch I was just editing.

I can attest to the Alienware laptop fan thing. Normally, under heavy use, it only comes on once in a blue, if that, for a few seconds and scares the crap out of me when it does because it's so loud. It really never runs at all.

Hm, I'm using v23 and in Cantabile my host it gives me cracks on sounds as Suitcase 73, Pop Stacked etc. It's Wasapi.

I'm so dying to start using this synth, but am to afraid for problems in live situations so I'm not touching it at the moment.

I'm growing a lot more frustrated with just how poor the quality of this release build is. I made a post a few days ago that mentioned a number of obvious, big bugs that will be a problem for most users.

Well, I was in a session last night where I had used Avenger a few days ago, and had frozen the track in Ableton because of the CPU issues this plugin has. Upon unfreezing the track to tweak something, the synth just makes no noise - no output from the plugin whatsoever. This plugin is unusable on Mac at the moment.

Will be discontinuing my use of this until there's a much more stable build released. No idea why they released this when they did.

Yeah, i feel ya.
I can see how incredibly powerful and unique Avenger is, but having released it at this
incredibly buggy stage is for me The Joke Of The Year.

Just as you are on the tweaking path in Avenger and experience the joy of that and thinking: "OMG this is a REAL beast", it crashes bigtime, or your computer fans are hitting the moon, leading eventually to a crash also.
