HI!
Apologies for the incredibly silly question but I cant seem to copy and paste audio files so that it repeats itself as much as I want it
So I right clicked the audio file that I uploaded onto one of the racks to copy it so it would loop as long as I'd want it at about 4 bars or so. But no paste option, arghh
your patience is vry much appreciated
and I tried googling to no avail
god I hate having troubles trying to work out how to do incredibly simple tasks ARGH.

Copy places audio on the Clipboard, so right-click where you want to put it to show the context menu, and left-click Clipboard/Paste.

Thanks for the help!
However, the loops I wanted to make from the audio file is not smooth from copying and pasting and I dont want the audio file to repeat all throughout a song I'm trying to record only in a certain time frame
thanks!

You can cross-fade between parts or match levels; just R-click on an audio part to 'Edit in Audio Lab' where you can fade a begin or end section of that part in/out, using different curves and changes in gain. Be sure to match the waveforms; also, clicks are usually because the directions of the end/begin waveforms at the loop point are different.

Each audio part can also have a fade-in and fade-out via the part property panel at the bottom-left. No need to go into the audio lab for destructive editing. See http://www.mutools.com/info/docs/mulab/composer.html

I really like how the fades work in Mulab, something I would find useful is if you select multiple audio parts you could apply the same type of fade to all of them simultaneously. Is there a chance this will be possible in a future update?mutools wrote:Each audio part can also have a fade-in and fade-out via the part property panel at the bottom-left.
