Ahh, a good ol' classic piece from Jeff and the funky goblins from outer space and the intergalactic caterpiller blues ensemble! I love it!EvilDragon wrote:Here's an example of how can Pianoteq be pushed (all sounds here by Pianoteq):

It shows how much an instrument can be way more versatile than thought at first sight.

But you need Pianoteq Pro, right? Or could I get to this level of editing with just the Standard version? For the time being, I just have the Stage...

I think Piet used Pro, yes... but those presets ARE fully loadable and playable with Standard (but not Stage)... available in FXP corner.

Those patches are all done using the Rhodes mkII model.

This is using Pianoteq but pushed in a different way - not so much the deep editor as the physics controls and tuning
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 8#p6679438
but I do have a pack of close to 100 patches now I released in the past that include some deeper editing but need to sort before reposting (as there may be some patches by others I've snagged along the way I don't want to mix up and some are just tests - Pianoteq puts them all in the same place unfortunately).

But for sure you can use subfolders in the presets folder.aMUSEd wrote:(and some are just tests - Pianoteq puts them all in the same place unfortunately).

...as an owner of the standard version, all i can say that parameters are offering for tweakers a generic palette in where primary models are to be considered as one parameter among others at the moment you're not looking for a realistic emulation of an instrument or another, this with a few exception with models having some specific parameters like electric pianos and klavinet for instance
...or some others that where implemented with steel-band models and became generic ones
