Load MiniHost in Logic
In MiniHost File > Preferences > Scan vst/au folders, exit
Right click to add AU plugin
Right click yellow/green connections to remove
Drag to connect yellow audio/green midi
Drag connections up/down for level
You can send the output from RC to any VST/AU in MiniHost or back to Logic.

It will give you time before having to make an RC AU plugin or take AU Plugins.
I was going to put these in the Tip n Tricks, but I got on to KVR and asked them to put a Subforum in Tips n Trick, it may or may not eventuate ? so you can look at the index without going through all the pages. I will move them into it if KVR don't make the Subforum.
