- Problem -

When you play staccato Piano + String layer sounds with sustain pedal, the piano will fade away since it's a percussive sound, but the strings will remain at full volume as long as you depress the sustain pedal.
This will sound cluttered very quickly.

- Solution -

For example Yamaha stage pianos solve this problem perfectly. Pressing sustain will not do the same as holding down the keys on the keyboard. Instead, it will just increase the release time of the strings to match the decay of the piano. So when the piano faded out, the strings did as well, although you're on the sustain pedal.

- Implementation Suggestion in SynthMaster -

1. Implement an "Disable Sustain Pedal" switch that enables/disables the regular sustain pedal behaviour. This could be located right to the "OneShot" button in the ADSR panel.

2. Add CC64 as a regular MIDI modulation source. So one can map it to manipulate ADSR Release Time.
