Mackie Control Issue

Hello,
I have an Icon Digital ikeyboard 4, and have used the mackie control protocol in T7 to control the transport features (this controller acts just like a Presounes Fader Port). Everything works fine, with the exception of the main record button (not the secondary/Arm track). I have attached a picture of the unit. Any suggestions???
