Is there any way to add 3rd party strum patterns from say MusicLab's RealGuitars?

They use a different format for strumming patterns, so you can't load them into the Evolution guitars, unfortunately.

You could probably use RealGuitar (or one of the other products from that company); the vst has midi out, so you could use it to do the 'strumming', with an OTS library in Kontakt basically acting as a sound module, but you can't import the patterns directly into the library. Some other guitar vsts may also have a midi out function, but I haven't tried all of them.Gregjazz wrote:They use a different format for strumming patterns, so you can't load them into the Evolution guitars, unfortunately.
Keyfax sells midi libraries, including strums performed by guitarists using midi guitar; they can't be imported either, but if you're willing to spend some time doing transposition and other editing in your DAW, they can prove useful. http://www.keyfax.com/index.php/softwar ... s.html?p=2
