I would be interested in buying the small shareware apps eQ and MSMidiPix by Metaessentials.com, but it seems that, since Kagi ceased their activities, they cannot be registered and activated and therefore are no longer available. Does anybody know of any solution? For instance, how could I contact them? The contact form on their website doesn't work.
Or do you have any alternative to those apps?

I imagine like many small developers they didn't make the leap from CarbonOS to AppKitOS. So, it doesn't exist for Catalina and later. Xx effectively replaces MSMidiPix as it open's MIDI (generates, composes too) and outputs a MetaSynth .sequence or Image Synth presets file.
