I had poor support a few years back with a bug report and simple FR ignored, but its great to hear things have improved.

The quality of Factory has got me fully back on board with Sugar Bytes. It fixes so many of the general SB usability quirks and workflow frustrations found in older products like, say, Cyclop.

Great stuff all at SB!

Nadine is great. The website is superb. They have imagination. I'm looking forward to finding out what they're going to be up to next. They are the Designers Republic of Sound.
