hi, I've just attempted to update from Reaktor 6.01 to 6.11 via Access. Despite a restart Reaktor is still showing as 6.01. Access shows 6.11 is installed. I've had a look and the .ddl file is under Programs>Native Instruments > Reaktor 6. The date on it is Jan 2017 so I'm thinking that's the new version.
However I've now noticed there is another .dll with the same date at Programs>Native Instruments> 64 bit plugins (and also in the 32bit plugin in folder)
I'm not technical can anyone help?
(I've put in a request to NI but I expect it will be a few days before they reply)

Move that other plugin you found to your proper VST folder. Native Access has a bug where it seems to forget or for some reason can't find the proper VST plugin path. Another way of sorting this out would be downloading the update installer from Service Center then installing manually (NOT through Service Center).

thanks for this. I had a look and I discovered there was actually already an older .dll under steinberg\vst plugins - I've removed those and cubase has now picked up the 6.11 version.
many thanks for your help!

Reaktor 6 isn't supported by the Service Center though; you can't download it through that. And, Native Access doewsn't have a download only option (yet).EvilDragon wrote:Move that other plugin you found to your proper VST folder. You can get the download direct from the NI site without needing Native Access.
