Before I get another GeForce synth, I want to see how well ImpOSCar 2 does when I release it in June. If I have even moderate success with it, I'll consider getting Minimonsta.

ONE, I haven't tested yet but it's on my radar.

Oxium I keep putting off because I got other XILS synths that I simply found more interesting...

XILS 4
Syn'X 2
Poly KB III

After I look at the sales figures for those 3, I'll decide if I want to invest in another XILS synth. Poly KB III did very well. Syn'X 2, not so well. In April, when I release XILS 4, I'll see how that does. It will probably be the deciding factor.

For the heck of it, I checked out Minimonsta, which is essentially a Minimoog. In US dollars, it's $145. I just got The Legend for $99. Seems to me that paying $46 more for another Minimoog doesn't make much sense so I will probably be passing on that one regardless of how well ImpOSCar 2 does.

Thought you'd like Lush!
I will take the Lord's name in vain, whenever I want. Hail Satan! And his little goblins too.

Some of the cool things about Minimonsta: up to 32-voice polyphony, unison, meta-patch morph, plus additional LFOs and ADSR envelopes for nearly any parameter.

Yeah, I get it's a souped up MInimoog, but still, I've already got ImpOSCar 2 which also cost a pretty penny. Let me see how sales for that go and then I'll decide on this.

I didn't read through 13 pages to see if it was already suggested, but what about Chromaphone?
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

I have one physical modeling synth by AAS and honestly, just couldn't get into it. Something about them just doesn't do it for me.

When you run out of other synths to buy, you will eventually get the synths you previously turned down!

I'm not sure that this is very popular, but it is cool.

Looks more like an organ and honestly doesn't look like something that you'd make presets for or anybody would care about. I mean how hard is it to push and pull drawbars? I really don't think this would be any kind of seller at all.

Seriously? The GUI looks like the size of a pin head. I'd go blind trying to use this thing. Thanks but I'll pass on this one.

Okay, just for the hell of it (after listening to the demo) I downloaded the demo and what do you know, the GUI screen print is half the size of the actual GUI. Not sure why they'd do that but whatever.

Pretty nifty sounding synth. Kind of limited but I guess for $59 you can't expect too much. Not sure this would be any kind of seller at all but for personal use, the sounds that this thing can make, it's worth buying to actually make music with. So for that, thanks. Never heard of this one before and haven't seen one thread where anybody has even brought it up. But cool little synth for sure.

Well, looks can be deceiving. It's really much more than an "organ" and it's really quite interesting. However, I did say that I doubt that it's all that popular.

I jumped in and purchased this the other week, was only about $50. I understand your view on the GUI but actually a very nice little synth. Usable and not bad at all, there some great patch presets. I would say however with in mind what you already have it may be a niche product for your collection, which is what I found.
