How many weeks/repeated communications to get support to deal with a billing issue?

Purchased product awhile back and was double-charged. 2 attempts so far to get support to correct the billing error. Any idea how long it typically takes to get someone's attention?

Comcast may block emails sometimes. You could try sending PM or else using alternate email if you think some email has been blocked.
