Performance is poor. About like this, Reason 9.5 can handle ~20 spires while S1 will handle over 40. Prop's should delay the release...
1. I'm guessing it's not something that can be fixed overnight.
2. It's still ~20 more spires than Reason 9.2 ;)
True, but as I've mentioned many many times, CPU performance has gotten worse over time. The problem is (and admitted by them) that the cores are not utilized in a simple way (something about rendering) and hyperthreading is virtually useless.

What happens here is that 0-2 bars, everything hums (and it takes a bit to get to 2 bars) but once you hit 3, then GUI issues start.

It's a guess, but I'd think this is exasperated with VST use.

Yes. It still creates a default ID8 device, though. But at least you have the MIDI data, so... there's that. Lol
Yeah, but I hate that. They need to ditch it.
Eh.. true, but I'll take what I can get - including VST support in Reason. :D :hihi:

I hate to go against you Incubus, but the second one sounds more like what you were trying to convey. At least to me. :hihi::hug:
