How to Make that Key / Bass sound ?

Does anyone knows how to make the sound appearing @ 3:35 and reproduced 3 times on the left channel @ 3:42 ?

It seems simply like an Moog Bass with a short decay on the Cutoff Filter + Saturation + Delay + Reverb, but I think not : the sound is really impressive and colored (in a club the attack is particularly high). Or a FM Synthesis ?
