MuLab does not accept OSC messages but Reaktor does. Will Reaktor still have access to OSC as a VST inside MuLab?

How would Reaktor access the interface providing the OSC messages? The host will not be supplying them as it does not support OSC. (That is, if it supports OSC by some method other than from the host, it might work.)
