Yesterday I read that the programmer of the sequencer died with 45 years.

http://www.camx.de/

All codes for the sequencer are now free

,I quote from the website:
Our friend, the developer of CamX and operator of this website, Martin Endres unfortunately died at the age of 45 years of a serious illness. To his memory and, as we believe, in his sense, we want to make his sequencer available free of charge for download. Anyone who likes and has the necessary knowledge can improve the program, develop it further, adjust it for himself or simply apply it.

Since we do not have any programming knowledge, we do not know if the files of their last version are complete. Since the entire stock of its development, however, comprises several gigabytes, we only provide what Martin compiled last.

Too bad that no one responds to this thread.
The sequencer has potential, unfortunately, I have no idea, something further to program. But I'm sure there are some capable people here who can

I'll move it to the development thread but leave a shadow topic here so it can still be seen here, sorry to hear of the loss...45 years old is way too young...my best thoughts go out to his family and friends.
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

@Hink, thanks to moving

Yes you are right, but I have the big file without problems can unzip. And that's what I unpacked ......

I'll get that one then .

I contacted the guy who maintain the site, which said the password is nowhere to be found.
He is gonna remove that link, and leave only the big file.

Sorry to hear! But unfortunately I didn't even know it existed. Maybe that's why not many responded - they don't have a connection.

God bless Martin.

I'm downloading the source code now. This deserves serious attention. This guy is each of us and he is reminding us of what is truly good and important by his work. He and his family are making all the source code available so that he may live on through us. Let's keep the flame alive so the same might happen with us. Code with all your heart!

The programmer Martin Endress (MartinE) had a supportboard in our forum, would be great, if this is forwarded ......

The last entry is from February 2015, after which he was unfortunately no longer active

The next step is that someone pushes the sources onto a GitHub repo.
It's not going to be me, I don't have any C++ knowledge
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated. Image
