Yeah. I took a walk down memory lane the other day and found some forgotten pearls that I seemingly still love. I will start by posting two of them. Would love it if you posted some too. Guess there must be a few I do not know about apart from the classics, so feel free to enlighten me. Doesn't have to be all synths but at least some with synths in them to narrow the field a little. Here are my openings.
Blade Runner end theme (of course I grab this one before anyone else )

And nothing less than the theme from the Running Man with our beloved Arnold S.

Possibly the most "analog" film score ever, John Carpenter's Dark Star score:

Another, less famous Michael Mann movie with a synthy soundtrack: Manhunter. Michel Rubini, and The Reds, with that shakuhachi sample, plus Shriekback.

Great Yes, we really shouldn't forget those wonderful shakuachi or pan flute haunted soundtracks:Gamma-UT wrote:Another, less famous Michael Mann movie with a synthy soundtrack: Manhunter. Michel Rubini, and The Reds, with that shakuhachi sample, plus Shriekback.
