Any Free VST's for "Sound Placement"?

Click "Play" on Source A, or Source B -- And then click and drag "A" or "B" around the room. Are there any VST's like this? I remember there used to be one like this that came with FL Studio, but am wondering what alternatives there are?

EDIT: I guess there is a free version of Panagment. Nice. Still wondering what else is out there
