It's only a bit too expensive considering there are free alternatives (at least for Windows) which might not look particularly special GUI-wise, but do the job perfectly fine.

among many other editors Recon seems only one properly supporting Blofeld multis editig, but I can't tell how well it is implemented as I don't have one because it is way too expensive and their support doesn't respond to pre sales questions
