Hi,

I've been trying for weeks now to get this app working on my iPhone 6S i.c.m. Steinberg's audio interface. It worked on my iPad (but I no longer have it), I run a clean DAW OS (Win 8.1 64x) and have installed the latest drivers.

I open the app on my iPhone and on my PC but all I see on my iPhone is a GUI which is non responsive other than that there is a "connector" symbol flickering in the upper right of the screen. I guess this means connect but how?

As usual Steinberg's own forum is dead (I wonder what the admins or community managers actually do over there) and the manual isn't updated for iPhone and the last two experiences with support over e-mail were absolute horror (1 and 2 months waiting time and then a copy-paste from the manual...zzzzzz) so I was hoping someone here has got their app working on an iPhone and could help me out.

Thanks for responding but yes, all drivers and firmware are up to date and no, I don't have the UR44 on class compliant mode because I use it for my desktop DAW and only want to use the iPhone app as a remote control for the tracksettings when I'm in my vocal booth.

I remember everything worked straight out of the box with my iPad so I have no idea where to go about troubleshooting.

A litte bump since it's really annoying me. Steinberg forums are dead so no response nor anyone else mentions it, the official manual isn't updated to the iPhone and official Steinberg info is unavailable. Support is 2 months waiting plus I have nothing but bad experience with them.

Another angle: Is anyone using the app on their iPhone?

i don't know, what you (think you) did with your ipad, but dspmixfx is no remote control. it's only for controlling the ur44 while it's connected to the iphone.

Why I thought it funcitoned as a remote control I really don't know. Weird how the memory can play tricks on you. Thanks for clearing this up!
