Just found two mixes which contain many of my favourite tracks in this genre and some gems I didn't even know about

Most tracks here have the right vibe for me - darkish, mysterious, sometimes mournful or even tragic.

Mistique Music releases this kind of stuff every now and again, along with some nice progressive trance and house. Good label to follow if you are into this kind of sound.

The original track has also very interesting sound, not sure it might be strictly classified as "breaks" but it is definitely atmospheric.
