Gosh, super frustrated here as I received a email acknowledgement from CW for my support request for RapturePro on 08.04.17 and nothing since. It won't find multisamples within the "elements". I've re-installed several times using both the CommandCenter and directly from the website.
I want that 45minutes(each time) of my life back
I also want my hard-earned money back if these guys can't follow-up on the support request. Here it is, the 22nd of the month and they acknowledged my request on the 4th.
Pretty pissed here (and I'm generally very generous with my patience)

I once sent to a support ticket to Cakewalk and got a response.......81 days later.

Once upon a time, I was having no luck with Cakewalk Support until 'AROSSA [Cakewalk]' at KVR contacted them directly on my behalf. Try sending him a PM.

Nope, had good luck with Cakewalk support, and, I'm not a fan at all really. In fact, that's an understatement as I've had a negative opinion of their software quality for several decades now. It was for a free product that I've been reasonably happy with and their support went above and beyond.
Maybe a bunch of their staff is on vacation or something?

Cake fanboy here. Fangirl actually. Sounds like you not interested in fixing your issue, more- complaining about the support.
Yes, it once took then a while to reply- they sent me apologies and 10% discount code. I already had all their product, so i could not use it.
Have you tried to post on Cakewalk forum? Make sure you post under instruments, not under Sonar. Also if you look couple of pages of posts, you will find my post from couple of years ago about missing samples. It was solved by changing pathways in the registry.
Are you installing everything on C drtive or different drive? I have to check my installation as well as I am on the new computer. If everything is on C, then I dont know why it would not be able to find it. What you mean "with elements"?

once i had a problem with runtime errors in sonar (they crept in slowly, over small updates, so my files where corrupted before i even knew what the problem was), and constantly emailing got me absolutely nowhere.
even reinstalling windows didnt help, so it was a consistency problem with their programming.
thankfully, i managed to fix the problem by switching to FL, but that didnt get me my years of song files back
still havent heard a squeak from cakewalk
