@djeroen
Mr. Breebaart,
I filled out a contact form on the Toneboosters website many weeks ago, there has been no response.
I tried to PM you, but you have your PM receipts disabled on KVR.
So you forced me to do this in public. Can I have some support please?

Maybe you can describe your problem here, someone possibly can help...
TB is a small company, and unlike many small companies, its principle
has a lot going on I'm sure.
Although, I suspect a perfectly rational explanation for lack of contact.
Perhaps he didn't get you're message... Seeking support from other
users is a guaranteed way to help keep pricing affordable for everyone.
*FYI: The TB website doesn't even work for me at all, unless I switch
from my regular browser (Opera Dev). It's quite possible that your message
didn't get through.

The TB site works for me, so the message should have gotten through.pekbro wrote:Maybe you can describe your problem here, someone possibly can help...

My issue cannot be resolved on KVR.

Sorry to hear this. We usually respond to all emails asap. Perhaps your message did not get through. We've also had numerous people contacting us while they mis-spelled their own email address, which makes it very difficult to contact them. Please send your message again (contact form or email).

I did not mis-spell my e-mail, it is filled in by Chrome auto-fill.djeroen wrote:Sorry to hear this. We usually respond to all emails asap. Perhaps your message did not get through. What is your e-mail please?

But if you entered your email incorrectly at some point, Chrome may be entering your email incorrectly by default.
Anyone who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.

Oh my gosh are you serious? It has worked for everyone else I have contacted. I have never changed my auto-fill settings. We have devolved into dumb-assery.Aloysius wrote:But if you entered your email incorrectly at some point, Chrome may be entering your email incorrectly by default.
All I want is an e-mail.

Have you really? I wouldn't like to be providing you with support. You come across as a total asshole.

Wow! Look how many posts for this minor issue! And you call me an asshole without even knowing me! Check my other posts on here first before swearing at people.Aloysius wrote:Have you really? I wouldn't like to be providing you with support. You come across as a total asshole.
I'm done with this thread. Forget it Mr. Breebaart, all this for something minor. KVR at it's best.

As already stated above: just send us an email (regular email or through the support contact form). Surely if it is a small issue it can probably be solved in less time than writing a response here

Awesome! I was hoping you'd add a meter to Barricade, and the dry option for Reverb is exactly what we requested. Thanks!djeroen wrote:New updates available now Highlights:

One small request for Reverb 4. I think when you enable No Dry it should turn Wet up to 100% automatically.
