Synthmaster 2 causes Ableton Live 9 to shut down

Hi

I've recently started getting an annoying issue where every time i select Synthmaster 2 from either Audio Units or VST menu in Ableton Live 9, the whole software crashes and closes ("Unexpected Error has occured")...

I've tried deleting Synthmaster from Library/Audio and Application Support and re-downloading it - same issue!!

Very annoying as i essentially can never use it!

Your help would be very much appreciated.

same problem. and these m.....f...... of kv331 audio do not react and do not answer on all support requests. completly pissed off on these guys

What is your issue number? I will look it up in our database.

Here's what I would suggest:

1. delete /library/application support/kv331 audio/synthmaster
2. delete /documents/synthmaster/config/synthmasterconfig.txt
3. install SynthMaster v2.9.3 full setup from http://www.synthmaster.com/downloadupdates.aspx
