Just bought Shreddage, no Revalver HPse serial?

I just bought the Shreddage bundle, the only serial I received was the kontakt format serial to register Shreddage. Where do I find the serial to register Revalver? I contacted Impact Soundworks over a week ago, no response as yet.

I also picked up the Shreddage 2 bundle, but never used Revalver.

When I view my order, on my impactsoundworks account page.. it shows:

"License Code(s): Code#1: etc..."

So, it specifies a Code#1.. but that's it. Maybe there's supposed to another for Revalver as well?
