Just remembered Charlatan which also have unison. This one I tried myself and it's a nice synth, and one of the better free ones out there.

It has unison on one of the oscillators, and master unison on top of that.
Still a great synth

SuperSpread, by lkjb that made Luftikus EQ, it's a free unison effect, both 32bit and 64bit, from KVR DC 2016:

I used it on 3xOSC (simple subtractive synth that has no unison) in FL Studio, I was using it sometimes on my guitar too.
There's no point of searching plugins that have unison when you can use SuperSpread on any synth you have.
