I've never been a fan of Oasis but this track is really good:

I'll forward his new album, it's promising!

Wow...the 90s are back.

It sounds like a Robbie Williams/Take That song sung by a neutered Liam to complete his recording contract obligations.

The album has some good (Beatle-esque) tunes on it. I'm no Oasis fan, but I enjoyed listening. He was interviewed on Front Row on Radio4 last night, where he mentioned his obsession with The Beatles.

@samplescience ... you've spelled his name wrong in the OP ;)

Cool song, but even more gorgeous work on the visuals imo (unless I'm missing some trivial tricks here): despite so many mirror games, no trace of the backstage scene and the camera operators... just great cleaning VFX?

Indeed, it's rare to see music videos of this quality these days.

Thank you, I fixed the error. I hope Liam didn't see it, he would be pissed off, especially now that he has to make his own tea:

Please, we're talking about a guy who hates Brain May's guitar tone. What a loser.

There's something about this track that sounds like it could have been a Mick Jagger solo track from 1985.

No matter how good the album could be, Liam's personality is enough to put a damper on any enjoyment of it.
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.

The production hurts my ears a bit.. very "splashy" and harsh in the 2 to 5kHz region, more so than usually for this kind of "attitude" in this kind of track.

Or am I just old and grumpy?

His brother was the one with all the talent anyway.
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

When rock artists go past 40 there's very rarely anything more to see...
