Niiice. What I love with this guy is how the kick stays round and doesn't loose body.

Would you add the preset in the same post? Would look great :phones:

Thanks, I appreciate the time you took to do that. The clips are very short though, not really enough to give me an indication of what the plugin can do.

Doesn't seem to be anything on the developer's website yet :?

Yes, we were planning to add lots of audio and stuff, but preferred to run a deep debugging session yesterday and today.

Now all formats look solid as rocks, including DSP.

Now the fun part, demos and presets :D

P.S. The video on Youtube says quite somehing, in the meanwhile. It is it paired with a hw unit, on drums.

Whatever you like! Compression is always active (even at "1:1", which became the Britich mode basis). Saturation is after that. So you can just look at the gain reduction meter. I suggest to go quite hot, then use the input Gain knob (which ranges +/-20dB).

Is it true my feeling that all formats are solid as rocks?

Post

This silence says yes, they are...

No but you get a refund if you dont want to keep it
Amazon: why not use an alternative

Just a simple question:

Will the disto-r be added to disto-s also for new customers, or will it be available only for those who had v2?

Post

Same package for everybody!

You're welcome ;)
I own a real distressor, and the font kerning and weight in Disto-S aren't correct at the very least.

I'm not sure what your point is here.

You're not the only one, Robert. Posts on GS say the attack and release on Disto-S aren't quite right.
Since there's no demo to try, I guess I'll have to wait until I hear that's been fixed :(

I thought in that thread Quinto finetuned the attack / release already.

It's doing something odd on my win7 machine, most of the controls do nothing except for volume and gain. If I dial the mix back from 10 I hear some nasty distorted sine/square wave.

I had this too in live 9, the latest version fixed it.
