Surprise! We are very excited to announce the release of Zip, our new creative compressor and downward expander.

https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/prod ... o_zip.html
Zip features a flexible, multi-mode analysis stage. Instead of analyzing only the signal's amplitude like every other compressor, Zip can also analyze the signal's Quietness, Brightness, Darkness, Noisiness, and "Tonalness". You can use these modes to quickly take care of complex mixing tasks like ducking a signal when it becomes inharmonic or bright. It can analyze either the main input or an external sidechain.
Zip also features a Color stage with multiple algorithms including Contrast, Saturation, LP/HP filtering, and Bitcrushing.
Finally, Zip has the complete modulation system common to all Unfiltered Audio plugins. This time around, we've added in the ability to use the sidechain for the Input Follower modulator. We've also added in a "Gain Reduction" modulator that gets more intense as the signal is compressed.
This is a seriously cool secret mixing weapon that we are very proud of. We hope that you enjoy it!

You gotta suck it and see. I seriously doubt if any developers even have XP to test their products on.Jedinhopy wrote:And does it work on windows xp ?

We had to end official XP support with the 1.1 updates earlier this year. We added in many optimizations and code cleanups with C++11 and MSVC 2015 that could not be compiled for XP compatibility. As always, though, you can download the demo and see if it works!

I’m excited about this. I spent all my money on the UVI sale, otherwise this would be an instant buy for me.thelizard wrote:Hah! That's amazing. I missed that original thread. Will Zip still be on it’s introductory price when PA sends out the November vouchers? Plan to try this out tomorrow!
