Did MIDIplus release a Windows 10 driver for your interface?

Did you set in preferences which sound card to use for output?

Why don't you use the internal sound of your computer for the system audio?

I see two unanswered questions. Perhaps WITH an answer (which only you can give us) any of these could turn into concrete advice

OK, I had a look at the manual of this device. It mentions it's "USB Class Compliant" (so no driver is supplied) under Windows versions up to Vista. I have no idea whether Win10 supports hardware of such age, but my guess is it's no longer supported.
