Just a touch of EQ and a tickle of compression

Hey guys,
I thought I share a couple of my presets with you. Some of them I have used in my track (s. below), some not.
NOTE - ATTENTION: Please be careful with your EARS and Equippment - These patches differ in loudness. Especially the Basedrum patches can kill your neighbours...I think you know I love bass and sometimes I go a bit to crazy about it
https://www.dropbox.com/s/hv1p7lxbcygtn ... 1.zip?dl=0
Some of the presets respond to Mod-Wheele and some are only pleasantly useable in a narrow range of the keyboard. I bet you will find time to play around a bit...
You are asking about my favorites? It's those 3 based on the Tron Samples I grabbed here, http://sonicbloom.net/de/kostenlose-sb- ... n-samples/
Have fun enjoy! Looking forward to some "likes" in return if you dig them

Using Ableton 64-bit on Windows 10 here. I did notice that the patches were all loading fine until I started programming the drum rack, and then it has been flakey ever since, like 90% of non-drum patches just load the default harmonic table.TheNeverScene wrote:Hi Dmitry,
Great synth!
I think a few of us are experiencing osc and harmonic filter load issues when reopening a project. I heard mention of this issue, or one similar, with the vst3 installed, but I have only installed the 64bit dll. The wavetable names are preserved, but the default sawtooth or harmonic filter is loaded. Seems completely random, first 15 or so instances are fine (mainly drum patches), but pretty much everything after is hit or miss.
The drum patches are almost all based on the noise samples, perhaps that has something to do with it?

Love the synth but wish I could put the filter in post rather than just pre effects. Could get better results with the distortion. or have another filter in the effects chain with env control

Hey guys, here is another update 1.0.5. You could download it from the website or by these links:
For Windows: http://dmitrysches.com/files/download/Thorn_Win_105.zip
For Mac: http://dmitrysches.com/files/download/Thorn_Mac_105.zip
And here is what has been done:
- Fixed possible issues with restoring session data on Windows
- Added BOOST parameter for Distortion to switch between subtle/heavy saturation
- Added LOCK buttons to Glitch/Arp/Effects/Matrix sections to prevent from preset changes
- Minor improvements
Sorry for the issue with loading saved sessions on Windows that you have experienced, now it's fixed.
Best wishes!

Thanks for the update Dmitry!
Another feature request: The ability to draw straight lines in the Harmonic Editor for magnitude and phase values.
Maybe ctrl + drag or right-click & drag, or something like that.
