z3ta+ 1.5 a full multifx suite, and huge set of presets from all
the synth sounds, great fun picking the keepers for guitar scmhalz!
Cheers

My vote goes to XFer Records SerumFX. Actually it's the only one I really use. But the one from Zebra is excellent too.
Please don’t read the above post. It’s a stupid one. Simply pass.

Been tinkering with Softube Modular FX lately, certainly some interesting, if not always useable, sounds to be had feeding audio into oscillators, triggering fx with sequencers, etc.

[quote="egbert101"I have Cakewalk Z3TA 2+, and although the effects are nice, there is no FX version with version 2. [/quote]
Have you asked Cakewalk for an NFR copy of the older version?
z3ta+ V1.5 was a ComputerMusicMag cover-giveaway, and I think still available
as a download if you buy the digital version of the back issue through Zinio,
and use their download 'vault' to get the month's softwares.
You'd also get CM Fuzz, a very nice remake of CamelCrusher multi-effect,
with distortion, compressor, filter, and a randomizer.
Beat Magazine from Germany also has an issue gifting V1.5
Also, Bitwig 8Track includes the full fx section from the main daw,
shows up in the marketplace here sometimes, and is bundled with
some cheap midi controllers that go on sale sometimes for $70
Cheers
