So, for starters, yes, I'm using FL Studio 12. My computer died, so I have to do the DXi setup again. I know you need a project from FL9 with a DXi already loaded, and I still have that on my old HDD ( ), so that's one less step for me, but for the life of me, I can't exactly remember how to install it properly from Cakewalk Music Creator Touch so it registers in Windows and FL can pick it up without a loader.

Yes, I had this set up working from FL's 9-12 formerly, and it was working up until my computer kicked it.

Hopefully, I get SoundCanvas VA with my next tax break, but that won't be tonight.

Not sure with FL Studio, but these DLLs might help...

Thanks, but that was the first thing I tried. The shell settings for the DXi loader don't even show in FL 12, which is annoying. Thanks though. :)

Just install DX and DXi, you don't need to register them or to install in any special location. All DX plugins will be registered automatically.
FL12 supports DX and DXi but doesn't show them. You can load your old projects (your DX and DXi will be loaded too) but you cannot add new DX and DXi plugins. They won't be showed in the browser.
To see DX and DXi and load them use the previous version of FLS. FL11 or FL10, I can't remember. Or install FL9 in parallel.
I think in the newer versions of Windows a proper operation of DX and DXi cannot be guaranteed. Very old standard.
