Audio Batch Convert

Is there a program that batch converts samples ? I have a really old sample pack I was given, and Cubase won't recognise it, it reads the folders, but the samples do not show up, so I assume they are in a sample rate Cubase is unfamiliar with, anyway, i'd like to batch convert them all to 24bit @ 48kHz

Wavelab and Sound Forge can do batch conversion.

The FULL sound forge I guess, I have audio studio, which is kinda like the cut down version.

I use Sound Forge Pro ... don't know about the other versions.
